We just wanted to keep you in the loop with everything that’s occurring with us :)

At the end of this term, we will be migrating in with the pastoral support staff at our base, Samuel Whitbread. This means we can operate with them at a closer basis, and also means that we get the added benefit of having trained support staff available all the time! :)

Nothing else will change, and everything that you can currently use to get in touch with us will stay the same :)

Hello Everyone,

Late last night we said a final goodnight to Harry Moseley, a most wonderful, influential and amazing young person. 

Harry was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in 2007, and has battled strongly, whilst also fundraising by selling his bracelets at HelpHarryHelpOthers.com

Harry recently went in for surgery at hospital, and didn’t wake up from the operation. Since then, he spent time with his family, and very sadly we said goodnight to him for the last time yesterday.

But carrying on Harry’s amazing dedication and inspirational ways, please take a few minutes today to just visit either HelpHarryHelpOthers.com, Harry’s fundraising bracelet website, or his Just Giving page and donate to Cancer Research.

Finally, you may wish to tweet @harry_moseley, and one of the hashtags in use is #goodnightharry.

On behalf of everyone at the Sam Whit Mentors, we pass our deepest thoughts to everyone in Harry’s family, and also wish to say a final “Good Night Harry” and a big Thank You to him for his fantastic and truly wonderful work.

We’d just like to dedicate a few paragraphs of text to the wonderful, wonderful people at Voipfone who have helped us immensely over the past few days!

As you know, our previous number was a strange-looking one beginning with 05603.. Now, as much as this didn’t cost us a penny, it meant we were having a lot of trouble getting callers from mobiles, which is a lot of people here.

So we asked Voipfone very kindly, and got a lovely email back from them offering some of their services :)

We’re now very lucky to have a *proper* telephone number! You can now ring us on 01234 92 40 40 and speak to one of our mentors. We’re here most of the time, and if we can’t get to the phone, we’ll return your call as soon as we can if you leave a voicemail!

Finally, we’d like to say another thank you to Voipfone, and encourage you to go there if you ever need any fancy voice-over-IP things, they’re really helpful and talk sense!
